The Tektronix TDS5104B is 1 GHz, 5 GS/s, 4 channel digital phosphor oscilloscope has a suite of advanced triggers, allowing users to capture and characterize even the most demanding signals.
Providing unmatched insight into signal behavior by displaying, storing and analyzing complex signals in real-time, the Tektronix TDS5104B uses three dimensions of signal information: amplitude, time and distribution of amplitude over time. Enabled by Tektronix proprietary DPX acquisition technology, the Tektronix TDS5104B delivers greater than 100,000 waveforms per second capture rates.
The easily customizable oscilloscope user interface of the Tektronix TDS5104B, -the MyScope control windows - allows users to build control windows with only the controls, features, and capabilities that are essential. All the functionality needed from the various parts of the oscilloscope can be placed into one control window, effectively creating a personalized toolbox of oscilloscope features, rather than having to constantly navigate through various menus to repeat similar tasks.
