A 50V, 10A, 100W DC power module, the Keysight N6752A delivers programmable voltage and current, measurement, and protection. It comes with auto-ranging and other high-performance features and offers low noise, high accuracy, and rapid programming speeds.
The N6752A has high-speed test extensions that offer an oscilloscope-like digitizer, making system configuration easy and increasing measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT). The N6752A's auto-ranging output capabilities enable one power supply to do the job of several traditional power supplies.
